Mrs. Pendleton joined Clover Management in 2014. She is currently responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations for Clover Management, including but not limited to, budgeting, staffing, cost control, compliance, capital expenditures and current rental rates. She is also instrumental in the planning, scouting and marketing decisions of Clover Construction Management Inc. and Clover Development.
