A seasoned professional with over 25 years in the multihousing industry, Ms. Brady is known for driving growth, maximizing operational excellence, and delivering financial performance.  She is currently serving as Clover’s Chief Growth Officer, coordinating various aspects of Development, Construction and Operations. Prior to this, Emily served as the Vice President of Operations for Clover Group, with responsibility for the administration and performance of Clover’s 5,000 unit portfolio.  Emily also works closely with Clover’s site teams; successfully directing the preleasing, opening, and stabilizing of 27 properties in her 9 years with the company.  Prior to her current position and time as Vice President of Operations, she launched Clover’s Compliance Department; implementing policy, procedure, and structure within the growing portfolio. 

A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, she holds a BA in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Languages.  She is based at Clover’s headquarters in Williamsville, NY.
