Since mid-1989, Mr. Joseph has purchased and/or developed over 6,500 apartment units and over 800,000 square feet of commercial space, totaling more than $700 million located in New York, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky .

Additional experience:  From 1982-1989, Michael led the Real Estate Finance department at Mabon, Nugent and Co. that arranged or participated in over $400 million of real estate financing and performed a wide range of advisory services including mortgage financing, syndication and other real estate investments.
